Follow the mews past Lobelia's Lair and Mid Island Healing Centre to the end of the building and take the green stairs up. We are the second door on the right. Usually, we are open Monday to Friday: 9.30 am-4.30 pm and some evenings, for classes. However, sometimes we are out of the office so its best to call ahead of time unless you are coming for a scheduled class. Weekends & Holidays: Closed * Open some evenings for classes and special events. Because NMBS is a volunter-run agency, and despite our best intentions to be consistent, our hours are somewhat arbitrary. Please call ahead first to make sure we are in.
